Accredited Cybersecurity Education Program (ACEP)

The world of cybersecurity is rapidly changing. New threats are constantly emerging, and it is critical for security professionals to be equipped with the proper tools and training to combat cybercrime. The ACEP designation helps promote trust in an institution's cyber curriculum while helping to ensure that students are learning the most relevant concepts and technologies from qualified instructors.

ACEP designated organizations become members of the #AccessCYBER initiative.

If a program is found to meet ACEP standards, membership includes:
- Listing in our Cybersecurity Education and Training Directory.
Media CoveragePress Release distributed in over 300 online media outlets

in order to ensure that curriculum is keeping up with develpments in the indusry, accreditation must be renewed annually.

Only programs can be evaluated for accreditation, not organizations or departments. In the event that your instiution provides instruction on multiiple t
Institutions which provide training in a variety of fields and disciplines can be submit a Request for Evaluation (RFE), however only the cybersecurity of information security program will be evaluated.
